Absolutely incredible. This company went above and beyond to deliver our solar system. They carefully mapped out and planned for the best optimal panel placement to produce power without impacting our curb appeal, which is what we asked for. They handled the proper sizing and permitting ahead of time to ensure the day of install would go off without an issue. They arrived on time, were extremely informative, and professional. They took time to answer all questions, explain a few options for running lines for visual appearance, and ensured all work was compliant and up to code. Anything touched (such as electrical boxes) that were old and now against code, were brought up to code to ensure safety and compliance with our new solar system. Gotta give a shoutout to Nick Ricciardi, from iSP 🤜🤛 We moved to CT about 6 months ago, and constantly heard that electric bills are getting worse and worse… so we thought - ‘how about solar’ 💁♀️If there’s something that is important to me when we are spending monies (solar is significant money), I want to know that I am getting into business with a stable and serious company that takes pride in their product but no less important - in their service. I was online researching my options for about 2 months, getting into the nitty gritty details (temperature coefficient?! 🫣)… Nick was the first I talked to, but for sure not the last. With that said, here were many representatives out there, but by far Nick was the most professional of them all; communicative, follows up, patient, knowledgeable. The cherry on top - he was really fun to talk to 🤭 I cannot yet speak to the performance of the equipment, as we’re entering winter and we just turned the system on about a week ago, but what I can say, is that the ‘paperwork’ portion ran smooth, they provide insurance (which made us feel at ease with the purchase)… even scheduling was a breeze. The installers arrived right on time and work was done efficiently. They left everything clean, and stayed to explain the next steps. Terrific crew. Worth mentioning - it was raining the day after installation, so we checked the attic to verify there are no leaks, but there were a couple spots. We reached out to Nick to ask if it was related - he promptly reached out to the service team, and got someone out in a couple days - it was *not* related to the installation (the property inspector we used for this estate sale mentioned that the chimney and vent looked deteriorated - and those actually were the culprits. I very much appreciate it that Nick didn’t let us feel like once the transaction was completed we were on our own… no, he made sure we were properly taken care of. So far - we are most satisfied.
